“ To say that I liked the class at Club Sweat in Greenwich is an understatement... I absolutely LOVED IT!!! I was invited to the blogger event at the studio to try the class and from the moment I entered I was greeted and welcomed by Laura the owner who signed me in. She was so friendly and attentive. I love the space, it is very clean and organized, there is a retail area, a play lounge where kids can stay while class is in session, and a large exercise room with Club Sweat machines. Once the class starts the lights get dimmed and the door gets closed. The class was taught by Taylor who was absolutely fantastic, her energy was contagious and made the workout along with the music, which was fun and upbeat. The time flew by and I was sweating so much. This class works out every muscle in your body without dreading it. It was cardio and strength training all in one. At the end of the class I received an email with a personalized summary of my overall performance: heart rate, calories burned, and distance. It is a wonderful concept and a must-try class. If you have not tried it yet, you are missing out on a wonderful butt kick workout that will energize you from head to toe. I invite you to come and try a class, I assure you will fall in love and be back. 743 calories in 45 minutes in a single workout? I will definitely be back for another dose of this amazing workout, studio, and people. ”
