About us

Club Sweat is a low-impact cardio class that makes you feel like you're at a party! Our classes are designed to burn upwards of 750 calories in only 45 minutes, all while having fun! Club Sweat members leave class drenched in sweat and smiling.

It’s a lifestyle 

Less cardio and more strength! A muscle building and conditioning class focusing on high repetitions and light weight. Exercises will utilize a mixture of dumbbells and body weight to sculpt and define arms, back, legs and glutes. Classes will also contain an intensive abdominal/core component.

SWEAT 45

The original 45 minute, high intensity, interval training workout that takes place on our proprietary cross-trainers with a heavy, weighted flywheel and light weight work series. This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your busy day! 

SWEAT EXPRESS

Love our Sweat 45, but pressed for time? A 30 minute, high intensity, interval training workout that takes place on our proprietary cross-trainers with a  light weight work series. This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind as you end your busy day! 

STRENGTH 30

Less cardio and more strength! A muscle building and conditioning class focusing on high repetitions and light weight. Exercises will utilize a mixture of dumbbells and body weight to sculpt and define arms, back, legs and glutes. Classes will also contain an intensive abdominal/core component. Get stronger, reduce injuries, and improve overall fitness by adding in strength to your routine. Strength training can alternate between core, upper body or legs + glutes.
