OUR CLASSES

SWEAT 45

The original 45 minute, high intensity, interval training workout that takes place on our proprietary cross-trainers with a heavy, weighted flywheel and light weight work series. This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your busy day!

SCULPT

Less cardio and more strength! A muscle building and conditioning class focusing on high repetitions and light weight. Exercises will utilize a mixture of dumbbells and body weight to sculpt and define arms, back, legs and glutes. Classes will also contain an intensive abdominal/core component. Get stronger, reduce injuries, and improve overall fitness by adding in strength to your routine. Strength training can alternate between core, upper body or legs + glutes.

SWEAT+

Sweat+ is the perfect blend of Sweat 45 and Sculpt, offering a unique combination of machine and off-machine exercises to elevate your workout experience. It is designed for those looking to strike the perfect balance between heart-pounding cardio and targeted strength training. The beauty of Sweat+ lies in its versatility, with strength training alternating between core, upper body, and legs + glutes, ensuring a comprehensive full-body workout. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or a newcomer looking for a well-rounded workout, Sweat+ at Clubsweat is your ticket to a stronger, healthier you.

Love our Sweat 45, but pressed for time? A 30 minute, high intensity, interval training workout that takes place on our proprietary cross-trainers with a light weight work series. This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind as you end your busy day!
